Refund and Returns Policy


Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our handcrafted small wood products and small furniture. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Note: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized wood products or furniture.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@conjured.design.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@conjured.deisgn within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided return address.
  5. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt in the package.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • The refund will include the cost of the item(s), excluding original shipping fees.
  • For damaged or defective items, we may also refund reasonable return shipping costs.

Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify that you are requesting an exchange. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund or store credit at your discretion.

7. International Returns
